The man said he went with his gut. If I have to bet on a football decision, I'll take MS's gut call over The Butt Head's non-DVR watching 20/20 hindsight and friends of friend's BS 8 days a week.
Shanahan made a bad call in this case. He knows it and stood up there and got grilled on it. He will do the same at the next press conference.
