may be Pittsburgh's #1 rivalry (I think if the city of Cleveland has a team, it's that team, not the one that left). However, it isn't the #1 rivalry in the
entire league. Whether that's Wash/Dallas, Oakland/KC, GB/Chicago, or someone else is debatable.
