Just look at our locker room now vs the past and tell me character doesn't matter. If anything our locker room shows character and hard work can account for more than just raw ability. And look at teams like Pittsburgh, you so much as fart in front of the wrong people and your done. This is going to hurt his draft stock either way, wether he is the most guliable person on earth or just another lying physopath.
