One would think his bloodlust is aimed exclusively at michone. Perhaps he will agree to leave everyone in the prison alone if they give up michone, but Rick refuses? I honestly don't see how Andrea can be siding with the governor over michone. The governor is an obvious psychopath and michone saved her life. She needs to put a bullet in his head
