All we got to see on TV was either the Packers or the Lions . . . there was no Direct TV . . . there only thing you could do was the large satellite dish and they were VERY expensive . . . but i lived right down the road from the Ojibwa Indian Community and had quite a few friends there . . . they flew the Redskins flag all football season long and had a community hall with a satellite dish just so they could watch the Redskin games . . . it was a celebration every week . . . and what they told me was the term Redskin meant to them was "Great Warrior" . . . the whole community there embraced the name and the team . . .

and while that poll is a bit older, there are tons of polls like this . . . the VAST MAJORITY of Native Americans DO NOT find the name offensive.
