When I first interviewed with the company I represent I was not hired. The mgr was a lady who ended up hiring three agents who I was more qualified than them. It took about a year but I got another interview and was hired. At the same time she was fired for covering up for one of the guys who she hired that was stealing money from the company. Her fire date was my hired date and I ran into her as she was walking out of a resturant. Boy was that a fun moment as I ask her if she was in need of a job and welcomed her to put in an application but not to expect much.
