Likewise, the Redskins are pretty much the main team VA residents root for from NoVa down to Southside VA. So moving a stadium into VA would probably be more beneficial to the franchise than keeping it in MD. Ultimately, I think what is most realistic is for the team to build in NoVa or in DC. Certainly I have a bias in moving the team as far into VA as possible, so that I could attend more games, but I don't see the team moving a stadium deep into VA nor changing to the Virginia Redskins.
The Ravens are the primary team for certain places in MD. You go into areas like Montgomery, PG Co., and Southern MD, there are still a lot of fans that worship the Redskins. Heck, even where I live in Columbia there are quite of a lot of Redskins fans (to my surprise).

The stadium is going to stay in MD in the foreseeable future and probably move to DC eventually. It could go to No. VA, although personally I think the traffic in that area is the worst in the DC area and I think it would be a bad idea.

In the end the stadium will be accessible to the fanbase that has money, and that would most likely mean No. VA, DC, Montgomery Co., some parts of PG, and maybe Howard Co.
