Even if they "restructure" it's still pushing that money on down the line. Eventually, it has to show up on the books.
Here is the thing. That team's window closed with this season. Reed/Lewis gone and with their cap, I'm not seeing that team going far. What if Flacco plays well below what he's being paid? You going to sign him for more years? Nope.
