I don't like it. To me guys like Harvin are great when you have a QB that can't throw to save his life and you need to rely on gadget plays to give your running game some room, but when you have a guy like Wilson that can throw in a more traditional, less gimicky offense, then those gadget players can become a distraction because the temptation to call a play just to get someone involved has the potential to disrupt the rhythm and organic development of an offense.
On top of that top flight kick returners frequently are at risk to fall off the face of the Earth.
Now with that said if Harvin can develop into a more traditional receiving option, get better at running routes, especially now that he has a QB that can get him the ball downfield, and combine that with his amazing athletic ability then he will be a steal but for now I'm very skeptical that this will work.
