the same 3CBs will be available next year(think their agents didn't explain Skins situation to them) and clearly we aren't willing to offer the going rate of $5mil a year. I imagine that would either force restructures we don't want to make, or give up on trying to get FD.
At this point, I would see what Winfield would take, and if not there go with rookies. it may not be the best this year, but it would let us know where we stand as we look at these CBs again next year.
