However, in the 2024 election, I believe the American people largely overlooked Trump’s fiscal record, viewing it as a necessary response to the pandemic. In contrast, they were unwilling to excuse Biden and the Democrats for the continued high spending levels and the likely impact they had on inflation. I believe this was one of the major factors in their 2024 loss....."
