Re: Welcome Seahawks fans!!!
i've been lurking on a hawks messageboard the past few days and maybe i'm on the wrong one, but they sure are an arrogant lot. i understand the confidence that comes with being the top seed, but they are talking super bowl already.
in the playoffs, every team that makes it to the second weekend is going to be solid. they're making us sound like a jv team that's in for a rude awakening saturday. "the skins won't be able to stand the crowd noise" (forgetting we already played in arrowhead this season). there's absolutely no logic regarding their arguments other than "we've got the mvp and the best red zone offense in the league." i haven't wanted to beat another team b/c of their fan base's cockiness in a long long time... this is definitely the weekend. |

Re: Welcome Seahawks fans!!!
I have an older brother that is a seagalz fan who has been dormant for many years.
All of a sudden last week or so he's a big fan again. Let's shut him the F' up!

Re: Seahawks board (MERGED)
i posted a few things over there representing the burg. and gol and they didnt last too long. its funny to see the nature of the seagull shy away from competition. their team is preparing to do that as well.

Re: Seahawks board (MERGED)
Someone should go there and post "We want the ball, and we're gonna score" in that gay, prepubescent teenager tone that Matt Hasselbeck calls his big boy voice.

Re: Seahawks board (MERGED)
If these guys watched the Cinncinati game they might understand how quickly thier only chance for winning could fly out the window. If Alexander or Hasselbeck go down, I don't think they stand a chance against any of the remaining teams. Arrington has done it before...
Still, we beat this team, and they had very close outings with Dallas and the Giants later in the year when they were "clicking". I don't think that our games with Dallas and the Giants later in the year were that close which should give these guys some insight into what is coming.
