Roy Williams - moron
Great win from the skins but Roy Williams played a big part in it with the brainless pass interference and laughable interception drop which bounced off his helmet. I laughed my ass of at that one. He deserves a pro bowl berth for that play alone!

Re: Roy Williams - moron
i was wondering, to me that looked like blatant pass interference, but Williams was complaining. what was he crying about?

Re: Roy Williams - moron
Acting. Drawing and not drawing interference often hinges on the players actions immediately after the play. It's ridiculous, but true.

Re: Roy Williams - moron
He may be a moron, but that PI definitely saved 6. ARE threw a beautiful pass, and would have hit Lloyd in stride. Newman bit and stayed close, and Lloyd just ran past Williams.

Re: Roy Williams - moron
I don't think that Lloyd would have made that catch. Williams just ran into him without even looking for the ball but I think that even with a clear run at it Lloyd would not have reached the ball. I guess we will never know for sure but to my mind it was slightly overthrown which makes Williams interference even more crass.

That was a lovely pass. Mark played an efficient game yesterday but man i wish his arm was that strong. He can get the ball downfield but if his arm was a little stronger he'd eat defenses apart.

Re: Roy Williams - moron
HA !!! That would be funny if they came up with a QB formula with Randel El ahead of Jason Campbell in some way !

Actually, ARE is ahead of Collins too. He's been our #2 QB this year. How many has Portis thrown this year? |

Re: Roy Williams - moron
Not sure what the point of this thread is, but Sean Taylor has been victimized far more than RW this season. If we were available this past offseason, I bet you would sign Williams over the stellar Adam Archuletta.

Re: Roy Williams - moron
Ridiculous comparison. Sean Taylor doesn't have a stellar front 7 playing in front of him as Roy Williams does. I'll give you that we'd take Williams over Archuletta in a heartbeat though. That said, give me Ryan Clark over both for a fraction of the money. At least Clark can cover downfield.

Re: Roy Williams - moron
I think Lloyd makes that catch in stride and scores. The ball landed about 2 yards in front of him and at the very least he would have dove for the ball. Lloyd has been known for the acrobatic catch and I think he would have hauled that one in.

Re: Roy Williams - moron
I agree, chances were excellent that even if he hadn't caught it in stride, Lloyd would still have come up with the ball.
