Will Ramsey Make It In Denver???
Yes, it's another one of those $@&*#ing Ramsey threads...lol! So, I heard on the NFL Network this evening that Ramsey might be going to Houston and that he could be competing for the starting position. What chances (if any) do you think Ramsey has of succeeding in Houston if a deal does go through?

Ramsey's going to be selling cars, insurance or real estate within a year or two.

I'm sure Gibbs will keep this from happening.
And what about Sage? How's Ramsey gonna play a brother like that?

Ramsey is a forever backup at this point. I am sorry, he just does not make good decisions consistantly enough to keep a coach from not going insane.

As for Ramseys chances I would say very little as far as being succeful. If they put Ramsey in the backfield then Carr's rookie sack record will be obliterated.

Ramsey will have a good chance at being the #2 guy, IMO, but I think it's Sage's job to lose.
Come on Offiss, I know you have something to say about all of this!

I always thought Ramsey had the tools to be a good QB. It just always seemed to take him a coupe of INTs to get warmed up.

Re: Will Ramsey Make It In Houston???
Let me get it all out for every Ramseyfan:
Ramsey is so much better than people give him credit for. Spurrier ruined Ramsey. Gibbs never gave Ramsey an honest shot. Ramsey is a character guy that deserved more than we gave him. Ramsey could have been a Pro Bowler. Gibbs should have started Ramsey earlier in the 2004 season. Gibbs lied to Ramsey about starting in 2005. Ramsey would have been a great QB had he had more talent on the Oline, at WR, and at RB. Ramsey is the man. j/k |

Joe didn't lie to Ramsey, he got out played in preseason, then lost his job rightfully so in the first game! By the way Brunell did at least get us to the PLAYOFFS IN 05. If Ramsey's the man, I'm glad he's yours.
