I was debating on whether that was going to be included in this post. While that play didn't change my opinion of Alstott, it certainly is one of my least favorite plays in recent memory.

Anyway, I've always liked Alstott (as long as he wasn't playing the Skins). The guy ran the way I wish every back could. Problem is, he fumbled a whole hell of a lot. He was a very good player before neck issues derailed his career. He's always been a personal favorite of mine. I wish him luck in life after football.

LOL...100% agree, he didn't score at all.

I am actually surprised he didn't retire a couple years ago after the neck issues. I think he wanted to prove he could still do it, and he did. He has a ring, so what else is there left for him? He made a good name for himself as a human wrecking ball, and now someone else can go to the pro bowl instead of him being an automatic pick (justified or not).

I think he was a decent fullback he always hit the hole full steam and hard. Whether he made the TD or not he was the only guy to do it. I wish we used Sellers in more of this type of role. If your on the 1 give it Sellers to blow up the middle.

Who cares about that. The Grim Reaper put it in their ass. I am more pissed about that run against Norv. We had a stacked team that year and should not have lost to the Bucs.

Agreed! He did not score!

I still say, however, the refs were a bunch of Tampa Homers, or were afraid for their lives! Even with conclusive evidence, they still did not reverse the ruling.
