Fumbling/forward pass rules need to change
Just watching the Boys game, and that was a terrible call which just gave them a freebie. Romo fumbled and the refs blew the whistle.
Took a game away from the Chargers and this could come to haunt the Cards.

Re: Fumbling/forward pass rules need to change
Now the Boys get a fumble from Warner in a pretty identical situation! This is really bad, to me the refs are really helping Dallas.

Re: Fumbling/forward pass rules need to change
ummm holy shit. this is ridiculous... they def. need to change that bs rule. if nothing else he should've gotten an intentional grounding rule. this game should be dominated by the cards but that fucking rule is bailing them out.

Re: Fumbling/forward pass rules need to change
did you miss it? in the endzone. he fumbles and AZ recovers for the td, but they challenge and give them the ball back on the 10, and dallas gets a first

Re: Fumbling/forward pass rules need to change
How about the Chargers game last night. A NE WR tips the ball and a Charger caught it. The NE WR while on his back lifts his legs to illegaly trip the defensive Charger that caught the interception who then falls to the ground. The ball comes out and is ruled a fumble by the Charger? WTF?
#1. Good interception. #2. There should be a penalty for illegal tripping against NE. #3. The NE player caused the Charger to go down. #4. I thought the ground could not cause a fumble. It should have been the Chargers ball. Penalty on NE for tripping. and the player down due to contact...Charger ball. The Refs looked at the video and still got it wrong. How? I loved that the crowd was booing so loud that the Ref could not get the game clock set right and NE had to take a time out. lol. |

Re: Fumbling/forward pass rules need to change
yeah there has been some horrible officiating this year. it seems like its getting worse by the year. this is something that needs to change during this offseason. full time refs. what's the argument against it again?

Re: Fumbling/forward pass rules need to change
The Tuck Rule is the biggest bunch of bunk in football. The call was a good one based on this stupid rule, which needs to be removed. The Skins were victims of a fumble ruled a Tuck by Jake Plummer in Denver a few years back.

Re: Fumbling/forward pass rules need to change
The Tuck Rule has got to go. It doesn't matter that the qb tried to pass and then pulled it down. A fumble is a fumble.
