Angry Dissed on SNF

Did anyone else cath them say where only 4 undefeated teams and the showed a graphic listing
Buccaneers 3-0
Colts 3-0
Bengal 3-0
Chiefs 2-0
They even said are only 4 undefeateds left.
I almost threw remote through screen Theisman was sitin right there and said nothing. Just wondering if anyone else saw it.

I did not see that, but I did see a couple of pre-game shows who were asking the question "of the 2-0 teams, which would most likely not make the playoffs"? Unfortunately, we were named each time!

If we get to 3-0 this week, then there will be some talk. Gotta win this week at home, the crowd has to bring it again like they did in week 1.

If we get to 3-0, you will see people (non-fans) starting to get on the wagon

Agreed. But I still think the media will play it down. I look forward to 4-0. THAT'S when Gibbs will start to become "Gibbs" again to these pundits in the media. Jackasses.

Re: Dissed on SNF

I'm betting that even with a win in Week 3, there will still be no love for the Skins. Maybe that's a good thing. Maybe it will keep a chip on their shoulder throughout the season.

But let's face it; these are the same clowns who had Arizona (0-3) winning the NFC West. And had Oakland (0-3) as the team to beat in the AFC West. Miami (2-1) was supposed to be the pathetic basement dweller of the AFC East. How much credibility should we give them for picking playoff teams after 3 weeks? They get paid simply to run their mouths about football and act surprised when nothing they predicted goes right. The Skins get paid to win football games no matter how ugly it might seem. Guess who's doing the better job?

I think we've been down this road before. If we get pass Kansas City, Denver, Giants and Eagles we deserve respect. Our divison games are key to getting the respect we deserve.

Yeah I saw that. Whatever, but it really dosent help anyones opinion of a biasness against the skins in the media. Whatever, after were 3-0 maybe they will know.

Re: Dissed on SNF

You think if we had the same schedule as Oakland we'd still be undefeated? Oakland got robbed in KC last Monday, and they've played suprisingly well, IMO.

I thought the same thing but I guess the bye week kinda messing with us in that graphic. Until we actually put a game away and win it hands down I doubt we'll get much respect. I really couldn't care less as long as the W column is getting full.

Correct. Winning will shut a lot of people up and get us noticed. The win over Dallas was great, but truthfully, we have a long way to go to prove the naysayers wrong. I can't really blame any commentator for saying we're most likely not to make the playoffs. Do we really look like a playoff team yet?

i agree OAK has played 3 games against 3 tough teams and come close each time. they might be the best winless team out there.
