Vanderjagt, a Redskin?
Did anyone else see TK and Wilbon talk about Vanderjagt on PTI. Interesting. He may be shopped around, or just cut.

Re: Vanderjagt, a Redskins?
Just one thing about Vanderjagt! He's an indoors kicker. 8 games out of the year, he kicks field goals with no wind resistance, no sloppy footing, no bad weather. He might look like a steal, but when you get down to it, how good can he actually be playing the majority of his games outside in the weather? I think he might still be an upgrade, but I just don't know how much of one.

Re: Vanderjagt, a Redskins?
very good point skins guy, but still he has never shown signs that he cant kick out door and the one he missed was indoor so i dont think that has too much to do with it. But definatly something to consider

Re: Vanderjagt, a Redskins?
I love Novack as much as anyone but wasn't he having a problem with kicking his field goals to low? If I remember right he got one blocked against Seattle and Denver.

Re: Vanderjagt, a Redskins?
vandy is a bad choice, he refused to do kickoffs cause he didn't feel like it... he a tard.
nick the kick wasn't good either, he kicks low consistantly and has WAY WAY WAY too many blocks for a kicker in the NFL. |
