Sean Taylor?

Hopefully everything works out and he will be able to go in '06, but what do you is the skins backup plan? Does anyone know who will be available @ safety?

Re: Sean Taylor?

Hopefully our backups are capable of taking over until we would be able to draft someone else.

Adam Archuleta, Cory Chavarous ~ among others. I was saying earlier take one of them to work beside Taylor, but they can also be a backup plan if he gets locked up

Re: Sean Taylor?

considering the state of our cap would we will be able to sign one of those guys? If we could and he was a free agent I would love to sign Lawyer Milloy.

I don't think there's much chance that Taylor will miss the season, so I'm not even worried about it.

I like your optimism. I have to admit I'm a wee bit nervous.

I spoke with Marcus Washington at a luncheon. And he confirmed to me that Sean Taylor wont miss any time and will be ready for next season. So no need to worry about our most talented player.

I certainly hope Marcus is right.

Did he have any other sentiments about the direction of the team overall?

Shawn Springs was there as well. And they both are very eager to get back working. They both made a speech as well, and Shawn talked about how happy he is to be a Redskin, and that he expects us to be more successful next year, with the great core of players we have.

Agreed.

But then again if the fix is in and the NFL wants him in jail, they might pay off the judge to have the book tossed at Taylor.

I don't think either he will miss any time he'll just settle with the kids give them 100 grand each and trouble over that all this kids whant some money if it where so nobody they would had pressed chrages they'll be happy they survived.

But because he has some dough they whant to take something away its just 2 scare him off don't worry it will only hurth him in the pockets and hey next year he will sign a new multi-year deal so it won't hurth at all.

Unless--------- those kids are, Cowboys or NY or Philly rabbid fans if that's it GUYS YOU'RE SCREWED

They are not sueing him the DA has pressed 3 charges against him so right now money is not the issue. Taylor will either be a skins playing next year or he will be gone for good. I don't see any other way around it unless they take some kind of plea deal but that option may be gone. I feel if he is convicted on one he will be convicted on all three accounts.

I dont think its going to be that easy. It not that the people can't drop the charges, the state of Florida files charges, this is a felony not misdomenor charges. HE can pay the people off all he wants, but its not stopping Florida from going after him.

Does anyone else see the irony of a Cowgirl fan talking about a players' legal situation???

How is your boy Nate Newton doing, Chief?

Hey as he said if he was going to be a drug dealer he was going to be the best.... look man I'm not proud of the image some cowboys have made in the past and present but mostly they have hurth themselves not tryed 2 hurth others.

and I haven't been trashing taylor Image saying his a thug or something is the hole other way around saying that you shouldn't be worried he's going to play next season.
