NFL pro bowl (on now)

Hasselbeck throws to Santana Moss on the first play deep. If it wasn't for Bailey's pass interference non call he would of caught it!

That wasn't PI. If Hasselback could throw the ball more than 40 yards it would have been a 99 yarder.

This probowl is pathetic. Why are Trotter and Roy Williams starting? That is disgusting.

Not that it matters at all, but I thought he was there early. I think one of the commentators said the same thing, and then said the refs aren't going to call that in the probowl. Either way if the ball wasn't underthrown your right, a 99 yard TD

Re: NFL pro bowl (on now)

I am tired of the media bias against the Redskins. They say the reason that the skins sent only one defensive player to the bowl was because they didn't win any games last year. Then I have to look at Brian Dawkins, Roy Williams and Trotter this year??? Let's not forget Darren Sharper. The guy makes one play on Favre (bottom 5 QB in the NFC this year) on Monday night football and he gets the nod over Taylor?

I am turning this garbage off. They should tell Santana and Samuels not to step on the field so they don't get hurt.

It is nice to see the refs haven't lost a step in the post season....

A pushoff on Hall??? If anything Chambers pushed off and he only got one leg in.

How about the NFC offensive line... Orlando Pace LT Larry Allen LG Walter Jones RT. Now that is tight...

Delhomme just bombed one deep to Moss but barely overthrew him.

edit. Moss finally on the board with a catch!

edit. Moss returns punt for 14 yards.

Re: NFL pro bowl (on now)

Moss now has 3 rec. for 39 yards and a 12 yard punt return and Samuels has the same # of tackles as Roy Williams and Brian Dawkins with 1.

edit: he now has a 15 or so yard reverse that ended in a fumblethat with replay would have probably been ruled out of bounds.

A Moss TD will break the tie and give the NFC the $40,000 per player victory. The losers get $20,000 per player.

Thanks to Mike Patrick, Joe Theismann, and Paul Mcguire for your great coverage on sunday night football. I thought you guys usually did a pretty good job and I just wanted to extend a thanks for your years of hard work.

Re: NFL pro bowl (on now)

it was PI, they're alwayss loose on penalties in the pro bowl though. no one had enough work to figure out the timin with moss, delhomme overthrew, hasslebeck underthrew... vick wa terrible. I thinkt he oonly way to make him look like a good passer right now is to give him a bunch of 6'6" WRs that can jump.

It was nice seeing moss fly by everyone consistantly (bailey, etc) and LT probably had one of the best runs of the year. chambers had a crazy catch too...

I wanted to punch JT though. He seemed to be talking out his arse constantly (that's the type of throw vick is learning to make now after a sight unseen desperation heave that NO coach would ever want a QB throwing, among other things). He needs to learn how to shut up for more than 2 seconds at a time.

Re: NFL pro bowl (on now)

Did anyone catch that ridiculous Vick to Fitzgerald hook up? Vick was on his way down and just slung it. I thought Deltha O'Neal was going to have to call fair catch he camped under that ball for so long, but then Fitzgerald went up and took it away...that was fun to watch.

nah, no one can make that pass more than 10% of the time. It was just luck. Otherwise fitz would have had more than 1 catch from him.
