Skins scrimmage
Im goin to Fed Ex for the first time on Saturday for the scrimmage. Im excited as hell. Im goin with my six year old son and my brother. (both Skins fans)I was just wonderin a few things. Whats with the invitations we gotta take. Do you get somethin for bringin em? What are my chances of gettin an autograph ? Do the players have an autograph session? How do they do seating, is it first come first serve? Should I get there early? im leavin at 6:00 and im 2 and half hours away, so im ready to wait in line. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreiciated. Thanks

Re: Skins scrimmage
Ok i don't know why we have to bring the invitation but i'll just keep it in my pocket. It is pretty easy to get on redskins.com. I have not read anything about an autograph session and i doubt there will be one. The player lots sometimes can provide for autographs. I don't know how many of the players will be driving because they all can take a bus from redskins park. The ones on the bus don't sign. Seating last year was first come first serve. The game starts at 12. I think that means that means players are in by 10 and start coming a little before 9 or 3 hours before game time. Getting there at 8 is a bit early we are the best fans in the world so there is garanteed to be some people getting drunk when the sun is coming up in the parking lot.

Re: Skins scrimmage
The invitations are for show, the online number you put in is to gestimate the number of folks showing up. There is probably little chance of an autograph unless you get in line very early and juct happen to catch a player. If you go to Redskins Park for practice, you have a better chance of getting autographs. The seating is first come first served. I'm going to sit up a little higher than my season tickets 'cause this is a practice and they'll be stuff going on all over the field. My group is planning on arriving around 8:30 and we live about 20 mins away from Fed-Ex.

Re: Skins scrimmage
I will be there with 70Chip Sr. and 70Chip III. My recollection is that they were half-hearted about collecting the training camp invites last year. Just a lot of paper they have to recycle. People who have been this year could give a better answer. I'm taking mine, just in case.
The Redskins have announced that there will be no "formal" autograph sessions. Since 70Chip III is a minor child, I will have to hold my tongue when it comes to the Baltimorons, hon. God, how I hate them! Quitting smoking was easier than not holding forth about the Buckhead Slasher or Coach Dildo. See you there bright and early.
