I think that would be more one-sided than the Klitschko-Sanders fight...

Well, I can't see ANY NFSL WR holding his own against Lewis. But I also can't see Lewis lining up on TO real often in week 8 LOL. I don't think Lewis is going to have too many opportunities to pop him, and after making those public statements, I can't imagine him really going after him and getting suspended a few games.

I think TO will have a very big year - hope the Redskins take Philly's imposter CB's to the cleaners for 2 wins!!

TO had that clause built into his contract for a reason. Ray Lewis needs to learn to read, after he's done with that, take a look at his contract. He wanted to have an offense that wasn't Jamal Lewis.

What does this even mean? What clause? TO is a punk who acted like a jerk. Yeah he has the right to be a total ass but I wish the NFL and teams would stand up to this kind of BS a just let the jerk sit out. That would have been the best. I guess the saying about the squeaky wheel is right. The only good thing that comes out of this is that he can go to Philly and be a poison there. Good riddance Philly.

FRPLG, I agree that TO has acted like a jerk on many occassions. But, as I understand it, the NFL teams could not stand up to him on this one (the 49ers tried). Turns out he was in the right based on his contract, and would have been a free agent. The NFL teams reached a resolution to try to make it up to the Ravens for the 49ers error, before he was awarded free agency status.

What it really came down to is, San Fran tried to trade a free agent, they had no buisness doing what they did, show me another free agent who's team try's to trade him, and send's him some where he doesn't want to go, and see if they don't act the same. TO is outspoken, but he's never struck me as a bad guy, his antic's tick off a lot of people, but I can show you a lot of player's with much worse resume's than TO, and you can start with Lewis.

Yeha Lewis is no choir boy...that's for sure. This whole discussion is one of the biggest reasons I am excited about having Gibbs back. He won't put up with this kind of BS. Players will get their butts booted to curb if they start acting like jackasses around him and Bugs. These are the kind of coaches that are successful too. Note: Parcells and Bellichek don't put with BS, same with Shanahan. In fact I can't think of a successful coach who would put with a guy acting like TO. Maybe that spells doom for Reid...or maybe that spells doom for TO.

Mabye Ray Lewis will play like Lavar and wait for him to get out of bounds to hit him. I wish I had a count of everytiem i saw Lavar run a player down then pop them when they got out of bounds.
I dont think Gibbs will tolerate that type of play, so hopefully that means lavar ups his game and makes the big plays inbounds.

Just an interesting little fact...it was reported that LaVar, Ray Ray, and Mike Tyson were seen together at several places including a Wizards game and dinner. I don't know about you guys but I like the sound of that.......Also I knew this was bound to happen. You know Ray Ray would not be disrespected by T.O.'s punk ass like that. Can't wait for that game.
