What Happened to Marcus Washington?

What Happened to Marcus Washington? He is one of my favorite players on the team, last year it seemed like he was in on every play, now he is nowhere near the ball and you hardly hear his number called. I think he had one tackle yesterday. He and Taylor are the heart and soul of the D, and it seems they are both having bad years.

I don't think so. Offenses are running plays everywhere against this defense. Left, right, up the middle, in the flat, short, deep, you name it -- the defense isn't getting it done anywhere.

Marcus Washington is a reflection of the entire defense that is sucking ass right now. He deserves to be cut no slack whatsoever.

For everyone who quoted me: I was actually kinda joking about the LaVar thing. However, I still think when he was out there teams were aware of him.

Maybe messing with the defense's chemistry from last year really is the problem. We had a great D, and then we overpaid for several chumps like Carter and second-stringer Archuleta.

They run away from him. Holdman is a serious wekaness. Almost like Brunell. He doesn't screw up a lot but he can't make plays and Williams' scheme calls for play making LBs. We need to upgrade there next year for sure. Hopefully Rocky is the answer.

As for Marcus Washington. He's the focus of the D now. There's no LaVar on the other side freeing him up.
