Week 11 picks
Ok this Upset thing has gone ridiculous I've thrown all my chart threw the window drop every analysis killed my gut, no more home field advantage and just think of the most unlikely scenario
Man it harder than it sound the voice of reason speaks to loud to just shut up lets See how I do this week still leading the pack which is comforting but want a better record I've got to be better than Peter King just got to lol (still am by the way for a lot even though he had a great week last week). ok on with the picks Atlanta at Baltimore -4 40.5 Which Vick will show up the 1 that played 2 weeks ago or the 1 that has lost to detroit and cleveland the past 2 weeks I go with the second hope it doesn't bite me in the ass but Baltimore is the better team the got back of a tough game last week won't let it happen again. Straight: Bal Spread: BAL OVR/UND: UND Buffalo at Houston -2 36.5 though matchup Houston is playing really well right now and Buffalo put for the second time a good fight against Ind their Def is really thought I just don't trust Losman without McGahee and last week they got a lot of help of ST and their Defense it's hard to do that 2 weeks in a row. Straight: HOU Spread: HOU OVR/UND: UND Chicago at New York Jets 7 38 UPSET OF THE WEEK Chicago beat a very broken New York team but Chad and that NJY defense it's playing really tough this is my first upset of the week Go JETS Straight: NYJ Spread: NYJ OVR/UND: OVR Cincinnati at New Orleans -3.5 51 I like what I saw of Palmer last week to bad that defense sucks both teams are playing great offense and with passion the difference is if Cin has any passion left the logic says NO and being that is the less injured team I've got to go with them but I smell an upset Straight: CIN Spread: CIN OVR/UND: UND Minnesota at Miami -3.5 34 Miami has woken up Harrington it's playing safe enough to not screw it for them Minnesota has lost it's way I go with miami Straight: MIA Spread: MIA OVR/UND: UND New England at Green Bay 6 44.5 1 week Favre plays good the other he doesn't No way NE loses 3 in a row I just don't see it Straight: NE Spread: NE OVR/UND: OVR Oakland at Kansas City -10 35.5 Home field advantage here is huge but oakland has played great defence the past 4 weeks and has kept games close division rivals always are tougher matchups Straight: KC Spread: OAK OVR/UND: OVR Pittsburgh at Cleveland 3.5 37.5 Cleveland played a good game against atlanta last week pittsburgh showed a lot of promise in a shout out with NO have to go with the champs Straight: PIt Spread: Pit OVR/UND: OVR St Louis at Carolina -6.5 44 Carolina it's plying good but not great and they're taking to much time to get going they needed a complete second half meltdown from tampa to win last week I'll go with them but it will be tough both teams have a lot to play for. Straight: CAR Spread: StL OVR/UND: Ovr Tennessee at Philadelphia -13 43 13 to huge for my blood V.Young it's making mistakes but it's playing with hearth and it turning this team in a bunch of overachievers Straight: Phi Spread: TEN OVR/UND: OVR Washington at Tampa Bay -3 34 Jason Campbell era begins bad time for Portis to get hurt he will run for his life all day bad time to begin their only hope is which offense plays worse. Straight: TB Spread: TB OVR/UND: UND Detroit at Arizona -2 46 OK this is the week Leinart gets his first W Green still gets fired. Straight: ARI Spread: ARI OVR/UND: UND Seattle at San Francisco 6.5 44.5 SF has played really good the past 2 weeks Seattle has gotten lucky Seneca loses his second game and the NFC South division starts to get tougher 4 bad teams contending. Straight: SF Spread: SF OVR/UND: UND Indianapolis at Dallas 1.5 48.5 Man in this week of all the upsets I will go with another 1 Indianapolis has barely escaped the past 3 games and they got to lose someday Dallas with Romo is a different team, I know I'm a dallas fan but this is the first upset I've called on Dallas I just smell an upset. Straight: Dal Spread: Dal OVR/UND: UND San DIego at Denver -3 42 San Diego is playing great but it's still denver at home their defense right now has to many holes with out 5 starters including Castillo it all depends if they can stop LT tha FREAK. Straight: DEN Spread: DEN OVR/UND: OVR New York Giants at Jacksonville -3 38.5 Leftwich gets the controls back and they take over a very injured Giants team and the NFC starts to look way better. Straight: JAX Spread: JAX OVR/UND: OVR Jax 24 NYG 20 |

Re: Week 11 picks
Good post, but I obviously disagree with your belief that the Redskins will lose this weekend. The Redskins D forces 2 turnovers, the Redskins run for 170 yards (150 by RBs), and the Redskins win 20-13.

The thing here is that I see zero team chemestry you're putting a 1 year and a half backup in there without your best offensive wepon to take the heat, I see Tampa puttin tons off presure on Campbell. Your Defense is a Joke right now you have a 35 year old vet starting in front of your 30 mill golden boy... the only way I see you comming on top is if Tampa plays the game like they played the second half of last MNF match up with Carolina. Don't get me wrong it's just I see to many holes and I see a rookie QB with 7 games of expirience vs a rookie QB with zero games and no RB, and L. Betts it's no portis he doesn't need to be gameplan that much. |

Re: Week 11 picks
I also can't see the Redskins losing this game. I DO see Dallas upsetting the Colts, but I also see the Redskins getting a spark a la the Cowboys and making a statement down in Tampa.

Cowboys make to many mistakes to beat a good team.
No way will they out score the Colts.

Re: Week 11 picks
They haven't screwed up a lot recently. I'll have to give them that.

HAHA! Witten is like Cooley except in the fact he doesn't break a lot of tackles.

Re: Week 11 picks
It's hard to take the picks seriously, in spite of the amount of effort you put into the posts. When you pick the Cowboys every week, even when they're playing a much better team, it just makes you sound like a homer. Picking everyone else in the NFC East to lose, just about every weekend supports the homer theory too.

But I'm also the guy who picked you guys to beat Jacksonville I just call it as I see it and again I might be wrong but I see a better eam than what the record shows and in the case of Ind I see a team that has been close to losing 5 times now eventually the won't be able to come on top. |

Re: Week 11 picks
Dallas has only beat one team this year with a winning record. That's Carolina.
