Fiesta Bowl
Anyone see this game between Boise State and Oklahoma yesterday? Wow! Amazing the way the Broncos came back (after giving up the big lead)-hook and ladder on 4th and 18, Statue of Liberty in OT on the 2-point conversion. Unbelievable game.
The video isn't good here, but it's the only clip I've found that shows both plays YouTube - Boise State Takes Oklahoma!

Re: Fiesta Bowl
probably the best college game i've seen... it added the magical, underdog factor too.

Re: Fiesta Bowl
That shaking cracking sound you hear...Is the sound of a unfair system called the BCS crumbling at its core after last nights win...Im gonna post this again later but this is why there should be a playoff...Seriously Boise state totally makes their case for a shot at ohio!

Re: Fiesta Bowl
Those two plays were awesome. But the entire final 2:30 and OT were just amazing to watch. Each team had a high and a low in that time. I couldn't believe what I was watching when Boise State threw the pick to go down 7 and then march down the field and score to tie. And then having the balls to go for the win in OT.

Re: Fiesta Bowl
Can someone explain why they call it the Statue of Liberty play?

I guess it's been updated with the Fiesta Bowl example... Boise St. used a hybrid, thus making it look a little different than the traditional Statue of Liberty play (where it actually looks like the statue). |

Re: Fiesta Bowl
They are calling this one of the greatest games of all time. Hard to argue. BTW, there is a torrent of the full game available at Ten Yard Torrents
