No change in Ticket Prices
Although I cannot provide a link, I just heard on Redskins lunch or the Bram show whichever it is nowadays, that ticket prices will remain the same this season. He mentioned that they range from $29 to $99 and I was wondering where in the world the $29 seats are at.
Anyways I thought it was good news for those of us that foot that bill every year. |

The $29 are the obstructed view seats.

Re: No change in Ticket Prices
That's good, but I guess if we'd actually made the playoffs again they would've raised the prices another $5-$15 a pop.

Re: No change in Ticket Prices
We took a price hike hit just last year...I don't think they would have done two years in a row regardless of how the team played. They will hit us again next year or the year after when they think people forgot about the last hike.

There is a roof, albeit temporary, but still... I thought there was no limit.

Re: No change in Ticket Prices
I'm pretty sure that the Pat's prices are right around where ours are, but I'm not sure who's are higher. ESPN is getting ready to do their franchise ranking thing and I'm almost positive that ticket prices are a major issue in terms of the rankings.

Re: No change in Ticket Prices
I actually don't remember us having THE most expensive tickets in the NFL. Even if we did, I wouldn't attribute that solely to Snyder's greed. FedEx is pretty new and I would assume that the owners need to pay off the debt that financed the construction.

Re: No change in Ticket Prices
I cant find a link to prove the redskins are the most expensive in the league but I also think that I heard that. If your curious who is the cheapest...
Bills Tickets Remain Least Expensive in the NFL - Buffalo Bills ORCHARD PARK, NY - The Bills today announced their ticket prices for the 2007 NFL season in Ralph Wilson Stadium. The average price for a Buffalo Bills season ticket will be $46.45 - nearly $16.00 less than the 2006 NFL average ticket price and approximately five dollars more than Buffalo's 2006 average. Season ticket prices will increase to $60 in the Lower Level Sideline area and $54 in the Upper Level Center (rows 1-20) area. For fans sitting in the Lower Level Sideline Ends (between the 10-yard line and the end zone) season tickets increase to $54. Bills tickets remain the most affordable sideline seat in the NFL and nearly $30 less than the NFL average (88.09 in 2006). Ticket prices in nine of the 12 seating areas in Ralph Wilson Stadium will see a minimal increase of $3 or less. Ticket prices in the 'Rock Pile' will remain at $27. Tickets in the 200 Level Corners/Endzone Tunnel side and the Upper Level Center (rows 21-38) increase one dollar. Individual game prices for areas of lower demand have dropped or seen minimal increases for 2007. Individual game ticket prices for the Upper Deck Corners will decrease to $42. The Scoreboard End Zone seats are increasing one dollar to $46. |
