I'll believe it when I see it. Sounds awful far fetched after the way he departed.
Unless it's just to retire? The 1 minute contract....

Were not talking about Art Monk or Brian Mitchell here, if Lavar wants back he should be paying us.

I agree , this would almost be as bad as Loyd and AA , lavar was washed up 5 yrs ago , very inconsistant , bad mouthed the organization & J. Gibbs . And what would it do to L Marshall and Rocky ?

Im not being sarcastic here, When did he say Joe Gibbs was the worst coach he ever played for? I remember him saying Joe Gibbs was in the trinity as far as coaches are concerned and if Joe Gibbs had wanted Lavar to stay in DC he would have been there. I mean Dale Lindsay said some pretty bad things about Lavar while he was there, so dont blame it all on Lavar.

It was in an interview which was subsequently televised on ESPN. And there was no mucking about or he meant this or that. I saw the interview, the question was direct and so was the answer:

Q: "Who is the worst coach you ever played for?"
A: "Joe Gibbs"

There was no follow up, or additional "if, ands, or buts". You could even see that reporter was somewhat shocked by the answer.

LaVar aint coming back.

Honestly I don't see how Lavar would come back here. Vet minimum sure, otherwise HELL NO!

Re: Crazy Lavar Rumor!

I'd rather have Arrington as opposed to Lloyd or Archuleta and he'll be basement bargain compared to both of their salaries!

Re: Crazy Lavar Rumor!

if he came back I could sell my jersey!

Lavar used to be the underarmor stadium size picture on the side of Fed Ex. He made what? like 100+ million from Dan all total? He owes all of us and I'm willing to give him that chance at vet minimum to pay us all back!

Re: Crazy Lavar Rumor!

You think he's burned the bridge?

I don't see it happening (him coming back to DC), but I'd be in favor of him coming here for vet minimum.
