Frank Gore breaks hand.
ESPN - 49ers running back Gore breaks bone in hand - NFL Brady Quinn still unsigned. ESPN - No end in sight for Browns rookie Quinn's holdout - NFL Asante Samuel still holding out, his replacement done for the year. ESPN - Patriots DB Scott out for season with knee injury - NFL -Bucs RB Cadillac Williams is rumored to have herniated disks in his back too, according to some blogger called Juiced Sports. -Falcons RB Warrick Dunn had surgery last week to repair herniated disks. They say 3-4 weeks but we all know it could be more. Jerious Norwood is the undisputed #1 back in camp. --Cowboys WR Terry Glenn strained his knee Sunday but the MRI was negative. |

Damn we are lucky. The other thread said some of our rooks pulled groins, etc, but no broken bones... yet!

I think this is the worst week for injurys because guys are just getting back into it for the first time after coming back from the off season.

According to the Dallas Morning News, Greg Ellis said he's thinking about retirement, but he would forfeit a base salary of $2.5 million this season. Ellis has missed the last eight practices as he deals with severe pain in his surgically repaired left Achilles. Ellis would like a restructured contract that would pay him more.

Ouch, I'm currently laughing me butt off at one of my buddy's for drafting both Gore, and Glenn. I hope they both recover for the season, but it's funny how things work out.

that's the reason why you shouldn't have drafts so early in the preseason (unless it's a keeper league or something like that).
