Re: Andy Reid's Son Passes Lyndsay Lohan Driving School Exam
If I were Andy Reid I would retire and straighten out my family. He already has money, he needs to take care of his other problems. As a man it is the more honorable thing to do.

God that would be great. I don't wish anything bad on his family, on the contrary, but Reid is now officially the NFL's version of Al Gore.

Yeah in all seriousness, both his kids have serious problems it seems and I don't think anyone would hold it against him if he said that he needed some time off to handle things at home.
He already did once, but it was much easier for him to do it back in February when all he was missing was mini-camp.

I agree. It's not like we're dealing with 15 year olds here. These guys are 22 and 24 and they both apparently still live with mommy and daddy. I say tough love should be the route.

I agree that they are men and should take responsibility for their actions. Age however does not always dictate maturity. I am no expert nor did I observe their upbringing, but I do not feel that they were ever fully developed in the home by their parents. Therefore, they aren't truly adults, but 22 and 24 year old kids.

I agree 100% Reid should just keep on coaching. He needs to give them some tough love right now. Both kids are grown up and they know right from wrong. It comes a point in a man's life where you need to start being a man. Perhaps some jail time will straighten these kids out.

Re: Andy Reid's Son Passes Lyndsay Lohan Driving School Exam
In the old days 20 was when you were considered to be an adult, but the way things are today, being pampered and all the academia liberalism, kids aren't really grown up today until around 25, if then. It doesn't seem to me that Andy's kids will ever grow up. I hate the Eagles (not quite as much as the Cowboys), but I feel sorry for Andy Reid.

Re: Andy Reid's Son Passes Lyndsay Lohan Driving School Exam
thats just messed up,hard enough to have a regular job and deal with family issues like that, but trying to run a pro football team and have that stress is too much. His kids are adults, taking time off might help him,but I doubt if it will help his kids, they need some serious rehab,he cant hold their hands his whole life, sometimes you just have to say my kids are fked up and do the tuff love thing till they get their shit together

You can't coach class. One is born with class. It's unfortunate that Reid's kids aren't as classy as him.

Re: Andy Reid's Son Passes Lyndsay Lohan Driving School Exam
I somewhat agree with you, but how much do you attribute their attitude towards their father not being around much because he is a dedicated football coach? I believe that is a major part of the problem.

Don't get me wrong, I think there's plenty of blame to go around but ultimately you have to have pride and respect yourself more than anything else.
