Happy New Year Warpath!
Although my last new year's thread was a complete flop, I thought I'd try again...
I've spent alot of time here this past year and look forward to sharing some great moments with you. This place has grown immensely since I joined , and even more since I started lurking in 04, and even my wife knows some of you by name now... Cheers! On to the resolutions 1) To be more active and health concious. I've been rather lazy with the exception of improving my home, and need to be more active with my kids and eat right... I'm about 80lbs overweight and don't carry it well at all LOL... time for a change. I'm proud of myself for quitting smoking, but its time to make some more healthy lifestyle choices. 2) To be more attentive to my wife 3) To save more money. I'm on track to retire when Im 141 when I do the math... its time to take it more seriously at 27 years old... What are some of your resolutions?

Re: Happy New Year Warpath!
Happy New Year, Warpath. I had a very low key night. Took my girlfriend out for a very, very nice sushi dinner. We came home, made a fire, opened up a good bottle of merlot, and watched the end of the Auburn-Clemson game (thank God I have a girlfriend who LOVES football). This was the first New Year's Eve since we've been together (almost 5 years) that we haven't partied like rock stars, so it was kinda nice to just relax. Hope everyone is having fun and being safe.

Re: Happy New Year Warpath!
Yeah, I've had a bunch of sake, miller lite, and now merlot.... I'm feeling quite nice. I'm somewhere in between buzzed and drunk. Probably closer to drunk!

Re: Happy New Year Warpath!
ANGRY! What's up buddy? Long time no speak. Sorry you're stuck working. My girlfriend is passed out on the couch, I'm watching some Australian lunatic jump a football field on a motorcycle on ESPN, and I'm sitting here in sweatpants in my basement posting on the Warpath. So trust me, your night isn't any less lame than mine!

That guy who did that bike jump was pretty badass. He did it once, the reporter asked him what he thought of it, and he said "I think I'm gonna do it again!" And then he did! What a nut. 320+ feet going almost 100mph and 60 feet high. Wow.

1- As far as resolutions. I am determined to get back under 200 pounds. That means I have about 60 pounds to go. Last time I was under 200, people thought I was anorexic (sp?), but I'd be happy if I was at least close. Thinking about doing a liquid diet after I get back from Hawaii. 2- Beat angry in fantasy football and win the super bowl...wait, I did that! Sorry angry, I couldn't resist. 3- Enjoy life more. I have a job that is a ton less stress, and I'm getting better at taking time to "smell the roses" but when your engrained to rush and rush and not enjoy life, it's hard to slow down. I need to relax more and enjoy the little things life has to offer. 4- Soften my approach to people online. 9 times out of 10 I don't realize how harsh I can come across. I never have this problem in real life, just online. 5- Do a better job at keeping the house clean. I am kind of a clutter bug, and before you know it the bar will be completely full of work related stuff...I need to get better at putting stuff away right away.

Re: Happy New Year Warpath!
Happy New Year! My dad rocked a Redskins shirt last night for New Years with a "21" patch he put on it. I was so proud
My resolutions: 1. Be more organized That's it. I think more organization and routine will help me live a healthier life, physically, mentally, and fiscally.
