RIP Charlton Heston

The man who gave us Ben-Hur, El Cid, and Planet of the Apes has passed away. RIP.

He really showed everyone that guns don't kill people, PEOPLE do. His long life is a testament to his convictions.
RIP Mr. Heston.

I'm prone to agree here.

Gotta respect Heston as an actor though, if nothing else.

RIP.

You were the first to mention politics.

Heston was a great actor and worked hard for his beliefs. That's all you need to say. Keep that out of a memorial, please.

I know we disagree. I recall our heated discussions on this subject before. We don't need to get into it again. We both know niether will budge on this subject, and I can still respect you in the morning anyway!

RIP Mr. Heston.
regardless of how you look at this, it is a political statement. the N.R.A funnels big time money into the republican party to make sure there is no such thing as any kind of gun control. remember a ways back, all the crying when assault rifles were banned? i still cant figure out what the heck any ordinary citizen would use an AK47 for.

My comments were not meant to be political. Just showing a good example of what I, as well as others, learned from him.
Sorry if it sounded political.

Re: RIP Charlton Heston

He probably meant "peace". I think we set up a filter to change the spelling of that to tweak SBF.

I thought up a wildly inappropriate joke about Heston dying. Remind me to tell you all it in a year.
