He really showed everyone that guns don't kill people, PEOPLE do. His long life is a testament to his convictions.

Heston was a great actor and worked hard for his beliefs. That's all you need to say. Keep that out of a memorial, please.

regardless of how you look at this, it is a political statement. the N.R.A funnels big time money into the republican party to make sure there is no such thing as any kind of gun control. remember a ways back, all the crying when assault rifles were banned? i still cant figure out what the heck any ordinary citizen would use an AK47 for.

My comments were not meant to be political. Just showing a good example of what I, as well as others, learned from him.

He probably meant "peace". I think we set up a filter to change the spelling of that to tweak SBF.
