Parcells sensing a bad year perhaps...

Did anyone else see the interview with parcells on sport center yesterday. They kept showing it a lot, they were interviewing him and parcells goes, "All these reports keep saying you need a qb, well no f&$*#($ Sh#$ you need a QB, but its not like you call up a 1800 number to get one" (or somethign like that)

The press seems to be really getting to him, and with the controversey now with cutting Carter...id say look for the cowboys to fall big this year and easily take the bottom of the division. I think the Giants still have a lot of talent and are better than the cowboys. hopefully they will both fight for last. (eagles fans, im not trying to leave anyone out, you can fight for the bottom to!)

I agree. If they don't get a QB then they're done. Eddie George is washed up, so is Vinny, and so is Meshawn. Their defense is the only positive they have this season.

I heard that clip, it was pretty damn funny I must say.

He has a point though. He knows he needs a QB, but it's not like they grow on trees. But even with QC his QB situation wasn't great. Kinda makes you wonder why they didn't go after someone in the draft, free agency, etc.

I think Henson will be the starter sooner rather than later. Vinny knows the game but he's just too limited physically to get it done.

Give Parcells some credit, he's bound for the hall of fame. He knows how to produce a winner. They were 10-6 last year....they could still duplicate that...the worst I could see a Parcells team going is 8-8..

Bozzy, I always hope to see the Cowboys 5-11 or worse but if we beat them twice this season I'd take them being 8-8.

I see the Cowgirls at 8-8 or 9-7 at best.....more likely 5-11 or 6-10.

Parcells is a master manipulator, and one of the most negative sounding coaches ever. Don't let him fool you: he'll field a competitive team, one that has a great D and takes few risks on offense. Until we beat them on the field, they are a better team, much as I HATE to say that.

What I meant was that Vinny ain't the same Vinny from before. Same as George, and Johnson.

I ain't buying it, Vinny will perform better than Carter, and Julius jones is going to be a very good back for them, Parcell's is just laying in the weed's waiting to pounce on team's.

Giant's will be the bottom dweller's this year in the east, still no offensive line, Tiki still can't hang on to the ball, and Dayne is going no where fast, add in QB problem's, warner is going to get pummled this year, and Manning need's expierience.

The Cowboys, quite possibly, have the slowest backfield in the NFL this year in Vinnie and Eddie George. However, they're both veterans and I wouldn't be surprised to see them win some games they shouldn't. Parcells is a good coach and the Cowboys will be competitive, if nothing else. Let's not count our chickens, but I must admit I like that 18-0 score.

Well. even though it was the Raiders, over top 2 QB's completed nearly 75% of their passes...we ran the ball very well with Jones and George who combined for 20 carries and 84 yards and a TD

Its amazing how good our WR's look when they have a QB they believe in

Our OL is WAAAAAAAAAYYYY ahread of even the most ardent Cowboys supporter thought it wold be..4/5 of our OL is set, and Larry Allen is looking better than he has since the late 90's

Believe it or not, our offense is ahead of our D..

We have major problems @ RCB, S (Woodson's out and his replacement Dixon is worse than awful) and DT where we have been gashed by surefire 1st ballot HOF'er Tony Hollings, Ty Wheatley and Justin Fargas

Getting Woodson back, DT Leo Carson healthy and CB Pete Hunter experience will go a long way.

While Wiley hasnt been great, he is a major upgrade over departed Ebenezer Ekuban
