SKINS v Rams, What demontrates the next step taken?
I once again Pirate idea's from Doc, and Kevin. On Sunday, what demonstrates to you that "Oh, HELL Yah! Goin' Downtown". What says to you this is a complete team?
Doc say: "technique sacks" A couple of em'. Three+ 30+ yard completed pass plays Kevin say: DOMINANT run D What do you say?

Putting away the Rams quickly, completely and without questions ... total domination of both sides of the ball ... exploiting the Rams weaknesses without hesitation ... developing the "killer instinct" against weaker opponents ... maintaining a high level of play no matter the opponent ... that would be a good indication of progress.

Consistency on both sides of the ball. Regardless of the outcome, if we continue to play heads up no mistake football, IMHO the rest will come. Look at some of the bonehead plays the likes of the Saints and Cowboys have made recently and you can see how talent does not overcome lack of execution.

1- A complete, no question about it win.
2- Finishing in the Redzone. 3- There should be atleast a 2 score margin for most of the game, and definitely the 2nd half. |

Beating the spread, or having the spread beaten when we start to play prevent defense.
Or just not ever playing prevent defense.

The Skins have to control the game comfortably, these next 3 weeks these are all teams a high calibre team should handle easily

We need to put up a score quick, and it needs to be a touchdown! Once the Rams see what trouble they are in, they will back down. We also need to try and contain Steven Jackson as best as possible, he always go's crazy on us! I also want to see at least a two score win! HAIL TO THE SKINS!

A big win. This team for years has played both up and down to their competition. I want to know we're better by the Rams, and by how much.

Re: SKINS v Rams, What demontrates the next step taken?
Oh this is to easy....how bout just another WIN! Maybe a couple 3 sacks would be nice and if you are on the greedy side, win big lets say by 20+
But a WIN anyway we can get it will demonstrate the next step has been taken and achieved!

A convincing win. If we beat these type of teams convincingly, I think it would show we are on another level.

Re: SKINS v Rams, What demontrates the next step taken?
As many of you said I just want to see the same consistency on both sides of the ball, and the mixture of fire, emotion, and playing smart.
The true success for me will be if Moss and Randle El don't get a catch in the second half, or Portis doesn't gets a yard, because they are sitting on the bench with smiles on their faces watching Thomas, Kelly, and Betts play. Follow On Edit: Just noticed that since this is my first post I am classified as a Camp Scrub. I promise to work hard and not let the team down and maybe if I try hard I can make Special Teams....but I will be happy just getting on the Practice Squad.
