I agree. It's sad that the voting has become a popularity contest and that they start so early, watch Romo make it after missing 4 games and maybe more. The voting should be done by the 14th week to get an accurate assessment of who really deserves to be there.

The fan voting is total BS. That's how 13 stinkin Cowgirls made the team last year and what, one New York Giant? Players very often get voted in based on names and not performances. Kinda like a hugely declining John Lynch making the squad over Kerry Rhodes. There are plenty of others but that's the first that comes to mind.
The fact that they have the ballot out after week 6 tells you all you need to know about what a joke that is the Pro-Bowl. It's an excuse for most of league to party in Hawaii for a week.
