Yeah. All in all, short day at work (leaving at 10:30). Hang out w/ my son and his kindergarten class, drink a few beers, watch a little basketball.(oh, by the way, did I mention my 5 year old is reading and doing math on a second grade level? In kindergarten, I think I barely knew how to fingerpaint),
I think I'll grill tonight. Yeah, that's the ticket! Life is good.

I started grilling this week. Threw some chicken down on Monday, chicken sausage on Wed., and burgers last night. Feels good to be grilling again.

Got a half day today, leaving early to catch some hoops and then off to a fantasy baseball draft weekend in the Poconos with the college buddies. A keg, a grill, March Madness, drafting a fantasy team, and getting a break from the routine. What could be better?

Today is Payday!
I have tickets to the Semi Finals and Final game of the World Baseball Classic. Games on Sat, Sun and Monday. 3 day of fun in LA. |

I turn the Dirty 30 on Sunday, so after softball practice tomorrow, I'm going to grill lunch and watch basketball (not sure yet, but maybe some beer braised brats or some jerk chicken wings) and my wife and I are going to dinner with friends tomorrow night then back to the house for the March Badness Boxing/MMA PPV. Sunday will be a relaxing day then dinner with my fam at Dogfish Head in Gaithersburg (90 Minute IPA here I come!).
Next weekend, my wife and I are celebrating our anniversary (April 1st) at the beach (Ocean City MD), without the kids. The first time we're going away without the kids...so I'm pretty stoked for that. We're touring the Dogfish Head brewery Saturday afternoon after shopping and fish tacos at El Dorado. Nice romantic dinner Saturday night, then touring Ocean 98 on Sunday before heading out of town.

First day of spring and at 12 noon I met the guy to pick up my new to me boat. My wife made the mistake at the end of last summer to say its time for a bigger.
