Nice article. I like the last three paragraphs especially. I totally agree that the Skins are playing not to lose and unfortunately that leaves very little, if any, margin for error.

You bring up a really interesting point when you talk about us being so close every week. I wonder how much of our frustration comes from the fact that we're losing or from the fact that we're losing games on one or two plays. Would this be easier to swallow if we were just weak all around and were clearly just not a good team?

Very insightful. I have read most of your articles and find your knowledge of the game and the Redskins refreshing coming from a fellow Skins fan. The most dissappointing thing about the start of this season is to see Coach Gibbs attempt to explain the failures of a team who can beat anybody and lose to anybody. The good teams win the close ones and thats the bridge we haven't reached yet. But I am certain we will with Coach Gibbs. Hail to the Redskins!
