Championship games predictions

Colts 21
Jets 16

Manning can't be stopped, the Jets cinderella run ends this weekend. Rex Ryan in a rage tries to eat the whole city of Indianapolis after the game.

Vikings 30
Saints 27

The Vikes are simply the better overall team, not by much, but I give them the slight edge. I think the winner of this game wins it all.

Re: Championship games predictions

Colts, Saints

It has been a two horse race all season and they will meet up for the final showdown!

I hope either the Jets or Vikings win better story lines. Underdog/Favre

Question:

Can we be the Jets next year??? Maybe.

Not next year, but definitely in two years if we use our resources in the offensive line next year. This also gives Shanahan time to bulk up to Ryan's size. LOL.

Re: Championship games predictions

No scores predicted, but SB teams will be:

Jets vs Saints

Favre will retire for the 20th time.

I don't know if its a hope or a prayer when I hear people saying the Vikes are a better team. I just don't see it. The Saints were puting teams away easily early on, then had their rough spot, only to end on a good note. Last weeks play off game showed they have too many weapons. Besides I keep hearing the Vikes have many injuries?

Saints

As much as I know the Colts should be the winner in this match up, I'm sick of hearing about the Manning family. I think Payton is one hell of a QB but I'm sick of hearing about "any" Manning or anyone named Favre. I hope and pray the Jets prove the last game was not a fluke.

Jets

Re: Championship games predictions

Jets over the Colts: How great would it be for the Jets to knock the team that let them
into the playoffs by restings players knock them out of the playoffs

Saints over the Vikes: If Bush shows up like he did last week the game is not even close.
but if Bush is not the X factor the Saints win by 3.

Well my oh my I finally agree on something w/ firstdown!

If it had happened in the off-topic boards I'd have checked myself in for psychotherapy already

Just kidding first...go Jets and Saints!

Re: Championship games predictions

Colts over NYJ 24 - 17 (scoring off of at least one sanchez turnover)

Vikings over Saints 35 - 31 (i think Adrian Peterson finally gets right and runs for over a 120 yds)

Colts - Vikings Superbowl, Vikings Win
