Who cares, he's better than our 5th-round pick probably would be.

I expect us to pick up a bunch of picks on draft-day trades anyways. We have several players who will likely be traded.

Carriker will be better for the skins than anyone we'd draft in the 5th round. Great move. I wonder if this qualifies as the "big move" JLC has been alluding to.

I disagree. Carriker hasn't done anything on one of the worst teams in the league. Teams like Indy find startres on the 0-line in the 5th round. But we didn't lose the 5th rounder, just moved down so it might be worth the risk.

SS, I was just about to text you to ask about the details. My buddy called me at work and said he saw it on ESPN.

So, we're trading our 5th rd pick for Carriker. We're down to 3 total picks for this years draft.

They must have some kind plan in place to get more picks, right?
