Greatest Movie Villain
So after seeing the trailer for SW: Revenge of the Sith and catching a glimpse of Darth Vader (a personal favorite) it has me wondering who would you guys rank as the greatest movie villain(s) of all time?
I think the American Film Institute ranked Hanibal Lecter as number 1 overall

Terminator 2 had a good villian... aliens, predator... there's some nice stuff out there... |

The American Film Institute had one of their "100 Greatest" or whatever on this subject. According to them, Darth Vader was either #2 or #3, I forget, with The Wicked Witch of the West from The Wizard of Oz coming in at #1.
Hannibal Lector was in the Top Three as well. I pretty much agree. |
