Re: Haynesworth to Philly?
I know what my minimum asking price would be if I were Allen; a 2nd & 4th (conditional 3rd even), just what we gave up for McNabb. Or just give us a 1st.
The new GM in philly might actually make a deal like that, remember he dropped some pics last year to move up & get the graham kid DE from Michigan in the 1st round. That was in contrast to the way Joe Banner used to run things. |

Re: Haynesworth to Philly?
It's pure speculation on a reporters part. AH's old defensive line coach is now in Philly therefore he might go there.
I would put the chance of that happening b/n 1 and 5%. Andy Reid's too smart to bring in a jackass when he's got all that young talent. He already has one jackass there in Desean Jackson. |

Re: Haynesworth to Philly?
The only reason is because Washburn is the coach there, I guess you could say the same thing about Detroit, since Schwartz was also his coach and a more likely place for him to land.

Re: Haynesworth to Philly?
I'd put the chances at close to zero percent that Shanahan lets him play in the division. It's like a AJ Smith/Vincent Jackson situation. He's apparently not good enough to play for us but he's too good to play for a division opponent. He'll either be traded outside our division, or sit on our bench for much of the year

I doubt the team trades to a division rival unless there is a huge offer for him which I doubt happens. I'd expect AH to be shopped to the Lions or Raiders and any other team outside the division but other wise AH will remain and hopefully put on a short leash. Let him suit up, keep him on the bench, and if he makes one comment suspend him for 3 games each time. |

With that said, I, like every other Redskins fan would like to see him sent outside the division. It'll be interesting to see what happens with him. Who knows, maybe he does stay put. |
