Will Philly Choke Again This Year
Who thinks Philly will make it 4 in a row. After last nights game it is very obvious with preasure on Mcnabb and being physical with the recievers they can be beaten. Did anybody see how many times there guys with the ball just stepped out of bound instead of trying to advance the ball up the field further? TO (Turn Over Boy) especially. I see a hot team beating them again like the Panthers last year.

Problem is who's going to beat them, and beat them on their own turf?

Phili is a farce. We proved it tonight. Redskins 4-9, Phili 12-1. I think whoever it is in the NFC can take Phili, just watch the tape of last nights game. When McNabb chucks it up just don't get beat, cause he aint' accurate and his WR's are all pussies. Don't know why they didn't sign Deion!

12-1 is a farce? LOL c'mon now, let's not sound like sour grapes here.
The Eagles are hands down the best team in the NFC and a very real Super Bowl contender. If you don't agree I'm sorry, you're just ignorant or in complete denial. |

Contender?
I hope by saying they're a contender you mean a contender to get in the Super Bowl. I just don't see this team beating Pittsburgh or New England in the Super Bowl, if they get there.

Why can't they beat an AFC team?
I don't see a huge difference between Philly, Pittsburgh and New England. If anything the AFC teams will have a much harder road to the bowl and could be worn down by the time the bowl rolls around. Those AFC playoff games are going to be absolute dogfights. I really think people are kidding themselves if they don't think Philly can win it all. |

I think there is a huge difference between Philly, Pgh and NE. Pgh and NE are strong on defense and have balanced offenses. Philly is ok on D but they dont have much O if TO is out of the picture. Any team that shuts down TO will crush Philly because once he is out of the picture, Philly is a mediocre team at best living in a weak conf.
The other thing is the injuries are piling up for Philly which cant help for the playoff run. |

Atlanta ran the ball 37 times (with rbs) yesterday. They could take philliy's heart like the panthers did.

Philly is finding ways to win the tight games this season. Even when they play poorly (like last night) they win. They will go to the big one this season, but I don't see them matching up well against New England or Pittsburgh and the Colts would just be damn ugly (over under of about 75 or 80).

I'll tell you who the most dangerous team in the league right now, is the Carolina Panthers. I wouldnt be shocked at all if they were a team that could upset the Eagles. They are playing alot like we are right now, with a better record. I'm rooting for whoever faces the Eagles, but for some reason I'm getting behind them to make a push to get in there, now that were just about offically out.

McChoke leads them to loss #4 in the NFC Championship game. I think the falcons may match up well. Crumpler/Vick/Duckett/Dunn could cause problems. ALong with a very good D

The Eagles have a "pussy wide receiver" who has 14 TD catches this year. Quick, someone go get the stats and find out how many TDs all of the "warriors" and the "beasts" that the Redskins have at WR have this year. I'll be surprised if it totals to much more than 14.
The Eagles are not a shoo-in to make the Super Bowl because they have to play two other teams in the playoffs who also collect paychecks. But for anyone associated with the 4-9 Redskins to say that they aren't any good is ludicrous. If the Eagles stink then the Redskins must be rotten to the core because - - - the Eagles beat them twice this season. Twice! Take the emotion out of this. The Eagles are a very good team; they may be the best team in the NFC; they definitely have the best record in the NFC. They will be in the playoffs and should be the favorite for the NFC to make the Super Bowl.
