Finally White QB's are getting discriminated against. What an exciting time to be white. Always wanted to be able to play the race car but my "Irish Race Card" has been expired since the end of the Industrial Revolution.

This is probably one of those "just don't say it" scenarios, because it won't end well. His intention probably wasn't how it came out.

Mallett has actually grown on me a little, still don't think he's the right for this team. And I know it's tough to get a true test of someone's character this time of year, but all the interviews I've seen, read, heard with him he's come off as much smarter and approachable than I had originally thought.

Of all the QBs in this draft I would only take Mallet in the first round. Agree 100% though that our system is a bad fit and the Skins should not take him.

Whoever drafts him better have a damn good offensive line. I still can't believe he's as slow as he's been timed. Good gracious that guy moves like molasses on a cold winter day. It's really a shame when 300+ guys can run faster than a QB.

Although I do not advocate our drafting him, and yes he was outraced by a turtle, please note that neither Peyton Manning nor Tom Brady are speed demons and they seem to do ok. A quick read and quick release cure many ills.

Funny thing is if Warren Moon doesn't bust out the platinum race card in defense of Newton, then Dukes comments go unnoticed. Maybe a white supremacist or two with enough money for cable would be offended but outside of that virtually no one would have cared. Anyway just one of those cases where Dukes totally meant to say something else and it came out wrong. He's still alright in my book.

I don't know for sure if he went after everyone criticizing Newton or just one website, but at the very least he described one draft websites scouting profile as racially biased against Newton because he's a black Quarterback.

ProFootballWeekly's Nolan Nawrocki released sharp criticisms of Newton in his annual draft preview recently, and that increased the attention paid to the Auburn product. Nawrocki, in listing Newton's potential negatives, wrote:

"Very disingenuous — has a fake smile, comes off as very scripted and has a selfish, me-first makeup. Always knows where the cameras are and plays to them. Has an enormous ego with a sense of entitlement that continually invites trouble and makes him believe he is above the law — does not command respect from teammates and always will struggle to win a locker room."

It should also be noted that Nawrocki also made similar comments about Clausen a year earlier, using the work fake when describing Clausen's personality.

Well Millen called Jaws a pollack and he still has a job with the Mothership. I'm all for PC and equality but sometimes we just have to laugh at ourselves. I mean come on, a white QB being the victim of racism is kind of funny. Especially on the heals of NewtonGate.
