"Adam Schefter Filed to ESPN: Future Hall-of-Fame wide receiver Randy Moss has decided to retire rather than continue playing, agent Joel Segal said."

I don't think this will last. He'll play again in the NFL at some point. He's just mad he hasn't gotten a nice offer yet.
Wasn't there some story recently about how he was in the best shape of his career or something?

I agree he's not much of a person but he IS one of the most talented players we've seen recently. His numbers should get him into the HOF and that really does make him worthy of the mention. Michael Irvin is proof that you don't have to be a decent person to become a HOFer.
