Yeah, been hearing about this on Redskins Nation. This is awesome and overdue.
Id really like to do this to my backyard, instant pimp status on the block.

At least they were smart enough to not make the same mistake the Cowboys made.

Drove by it earlier today. It's really quite impressive.

Re: Indoor practice bubble going up at Redskins Park
I heard they were one of the few remaining cold weather teams that didn't have their own indoor facility for inclement weather before this project started. About time it finally got done.

Re: Indoor practice bubble going up at Redskins Park
The Redskins have been "playing footsie" with various government entities in Maryland about moving team HQs out of Ashburn VA to another location. The fact that the Skins have made this financial investment in Redskins Park would seem to indicate that the chances of moving the HQS have approached zero.

Re: Indoor practice bubble going up at Redskins Park
It's good for a team to practice outdoors in the elements. When the weather disallows practice to take place as it will do during that time of the year, it can be a setback for progress. It's a great move.

Re: Indoor practice bubble going up at Redskins Park
The new CBA will not allow that to happen...
