Such an important figure in the NFLPA, basically what Phillip Daniels is to the Redskins now he was to all players. One of the more respected people in the league. RIP

He was more than just a player; he was a mentor to players who came after him. The adage is that only the good die young. Robinson died at 50. Case closed...
