Can The Redskins go undefeated in the NFC East?
Yes or no? Like a lot of people in Redskins Nation, I'm feeling hopeful about our chances of being a very good team this year. I know what the elder Shanahan said about not getting carried away. But with play makers we have on offense to go along with the suffocating 3-4 defense, the Redskins could very well have a top 10 offense and defense this year that will greatly assist in having a winning record at the end of the season. But can the Redskins go 6-0 versus the NFC East this year. We played Dallas close last year in two games. We beat the NYG twice last year and we played the Eagles tough with average players last year. Now we have the players we need to succeed on both sides of the ball. How do we match up against the rest of the NFC East and are we cable of beating each opponent two times? I know it's a tall order, but I firmly believe that this Redskins team is capable.

Let's wait till they meet their first NFC foe before asking the question.

Re: Can The Redskins go undefeated in the NFC East?
I think we are way jumping the gun on this question. Of course the true fan in me wants us to sweep the division every year, but you are asking a lot of a rookie to sweep this division. Would love to see it, but I highly doubt that even if we do win the division we sweep these three teams.

We should focus on going undefeated in our first two games first. Long ways to go before we even play an NFC East opponent.

This.
Listen, I'm excited just as much as the next guy, but it's one game. ONE GAME. I'll say this one more time. ONE GAME. Let's put the brakes on all this NFC East (superbowl, nfc championship, etc) perfection talk right now. Let's allow 12 games to go by before we can start talking about something of this nature.

Re: Can The Redskins go undefeated in the NFC East?
Redskin fans crack me up. Can we just win 2 games or even 7 this year before talking about undefeated lol. People who talk like this are the ones that always get me laughed at when i say im a fan, because people talk about us for a week on sportscenter and some fans start talking dynasty.
