Mike Sellers re-signed (Preseason 2005)
http://www.redskins.com/news/newsDetail.jsp?id=6072
I haven't seen a thread on this, so I put it up. This is a good signing. Sellers is a special teams demon and a good fullback/H-back. Some people may focus on his penalties from a game or two last season, but I think it is good to have a couple players with a "mean streak" on both sides of the ball, and especially on special teams. |

Re: Mike Sellers re-signed
You're right...SB here we come!!! LOL
On a more serious note... Gibbs seems to be molding this team into more of a blue-collar type team with a lot of players with something to prove, while rewarding these types of players that perfom well by re-signing them. If they want more money (Pierce), they can leave, but the Skins have been very fair with their offers to all of their FA's. So yeah, this (or any other one signing) isn't "the difference", but just another building block to create a real TEAM rather than a bunch of individuals playing together. |

Re: Mike Sellers re-signed
He'd get the first down and commit a personal foul.

Re: Mike Sellers re-signed
I like sellers. Great on special teams and a touchdown machine.
