I'm over this team and Rg3, nothing else to be said but to start over.

Re: Bucs Postgame Thread
I wish it was that easy. This team will be bad for at least another 2 seasons. Too many holes. There is no answer at QB in the draft or free agency.

Re: Bucs Postgame Thread
How in the fuck do you get blown out by a hapless 1-8 team on your own homefield??? How does that happen?

We will never be any good under Snyder, unless he has some kind of epiphany and hires pros to run the team.

I honestly hope he makes some changes in the front office, he needs to go to a successful organization and get some honest opinions. But I got a feeling their are 2-3 people in the front office who need to fucking go.

Re: Bucs Postgame Thread
Like the Shanahans? I mean that's what we said when they got here, and that blew up on us. I have no answers, it's very frustrating. Getting the right personnel guy in here will be a start, and whoever said it would take at least 2 years to get better is an optimist...

8 head coaches Previous 15 2/3 seasons: 151-114(56.98% win rate) including 12-5 in playoffs 1 SB win, 1 SB loss, 4 Conference Championship appearances 3 head coaches That guy bought a Ferrari and wrecked it, but still makes money because people like us still buy crap from the team and go to games. So I guess in some small way I am at fault for today's loss because I still buy jerseys and stuff.

Re: Bucs Postgame Thread
I say you make some of the hard changes now. 1. Evaluate Talent. Put in Back Ups in positions where it is clear the starters shouldn't be starting. 2. Fire Haslett. Give whoever is on the defensive staff that you want to have a chance to try it a chance. That way you know if you need to go in a completely new direction in the off season.

Re: Bucs Postgame Thread
Are any of us honestly surprised? If so....get away from the punch bowl. After the first play it was a wrap. Griff looks totally lost from my uneducated perspective. I saw Moses give up totally a few times. Tom Compton looked terrible.
On the upside tres show me the way, amo, and djax (limited for some reason) looked great when the ball was thrown somewhere in his vicinity. Aside from that it looked like the bucs were playing a f*#;ing high school team. I've asked before...but how long is everyone supposed to wait for a player to develop? That's an honest question....there's no time frame for development. If they say 2 years...I'll wait and see where the chips fall...but as a fan it's really frustrating watching this year in and out....

Re: Bucs Postgame Thread
As I mentioned in the other thread...it is clear that Dan Snyder is the problem...Honestly, the team has had some good players, and some decent coaches over the years, and the team still sux. The only constant during the Redskins misery has been Dan Snyder.

This. Made the same comment last year, and was called a one trick pony.. Until Synder is done playing with his toy, this franchise will never win. |

Yep, a fish rots from the head down. Snyder is ultimately responsible for how things are run in the franchise.

Re: Bucs Postgame Thread
Snyder is the problem if he's still involved in picking players. The first thing that needs to be done is bring in a talent evaluator and give him total control over player personnel. Second, take a long hard look at either drafting a QB or finding one in free agency. Yeah I said it. Time to move on from RG3. He's never going to be a great QB. He doesn't have the instincts to play the position at a high level. Next, I'm going to try and find more pass rushers. Kerrigan and company, again...no where to be found. And last, or first, let's get rid of some of these bum o linemen we have. Play the young guys now. Long needs to be on the field. And also can we just cut our losses with Ryan Clark right now?
