Re: Skins gmen GameDay thread.

To me, this game will tell us the most about Gruden. We have a pretty good idea where this team is with talent, and how far it needs to go, but this year was about identity. It's Grudens job to get these guys to play the smash mouth, never let down attitude, and leave the other team knowing who they played style of football we've been promised. Early this season I saw this even when we lost, and against Tampa it was the reason we came back, but against NE and CAR I didn't. I think today's game can be won, but only if they come out with an attitude. If we lose, I'll be upset, but if we go down swinging, I'll feel good about this teams direction under Gruden. If we come out flat and don't adjust at half time, I will be inching my way to the emergency pod.

Good post...I completely agree. At home for first place? The coaching staff better damn sure have this team ready to play.

Ok Jay and the team definitely came out ready to play. Especially the D. Too bad we didn't capitalize on those 2 TOs because this game could've been out of hand already. Can they avoid halftime adjustments that swing the game in the Giants favor? Damn I hope so. If we march down the field on this first possession, don't turn it over, and score a TD, we can control the rest of the game. Our run game has gotten off to a decent start, so we could pound the ball the rest of the game.

Re: Skins gmen GameDay thread.

IMHO... I give the Redskins a decent chance today. As everyone is saying, however, the team needs to Step-Up!

Today's game is a big game, for First Place in the NFC East...this Redskins team needs to understand that and come out firing on all cylinders.

If the Redskins win today, they pretty much control their own destiny, lose and the rest of the season is mostly 'Playing Out The String'

I may sound crazy for saying this, but I honestly believe that Kirk Cousins has enough talent and desire to Step-Up...the rest of the team needs to do their job!

We're going to get killed. Anyone still think our defense is any good?

Re: Skins gmen GameDay thread.

Good play by Riley, but you had like 8 blockers there waiting to escort you to the endzone

Shameless self-promotion. It is what it is.
