Ranking our starting QB's since Rypien
Man this sure is depressing
As the Washington Football Team's QB quest enters Year 29, ESPN Analytics ranks its past 30 starters |

Re: Ranking our starting QB's since Rypien
The standout thing to me, the two guys at the top just shows the complete lack of football IQ our owner has. I’m gonna be 100%, folks on the Warpath far and away have more knowledge of football than Dan Snyder.
Dan Snyder hated Cousins because he didn’t have the same “star” appeal or marketing appeal as RG3. Brad Johnson…again a blue collar guy without star appeal or the cannon Jeff George had.

No they should continue to do what they've been doing...NOT showing up to games, watching on tv, or buying the merch. But it probably still won't matter...he's going to be the owner til his death.

But yeah, tough to read this. Some teams go from Favre to Aaron Rodgers. We have to flounder around from guy to guy to guy.

Guys we never should have let leave the building, Trent Green, Brad Johnson, and Kirk Cousins. If those 3 guys were allowed to play out their careers here, the entire narrative about this franchise would be far different.

Yep, Kirk is still very productive in Minnesota, his defense is just trash

The first two in particular for me. By the end, I was sick of Kirk (although it should never have gone to 2 franchise tags). I went to the playoff game that Brad Johnson won (against Detroit - hard to imagine these teams in the playoffs together). At one point, he hoisted and body slammed Robert Porchet. The place went bananas. Not many bright spots since then, sadly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yep .... so true. How they ever went from Brad Johnson to Jeff George ... I still don't understand it. Always thought Ramsey did not get a fair shake. Basically thrown to the wolves by Spurrier. Did manage a TD in a playoff game. |

Re: Ranking our starting QB's since Rypien
The one spot any coach wants consistency year to year and only one player on that list played five years for the franchise. Many one and done and most were supposed to be back ups.
